Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Arinee Art (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services provided by the Store. Product Information and Customization Arinee Art specializes in print-on-demand products. The product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors and sizes may vary. Customization options are available; however, customers are advised to double-check designs and personalizations before placing an order, as the Store cannot be held responsible for errors made during the customization process. Ordering and Payment All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, payment will be processed. The Store accepts various payment methods, and all transactions are secured. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping and Delivery The Store strives to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary based on the customer's location and other factors beyond the control of the Store. The Store does not assume responsibility for delayed deliveries or any resulting inconvenience. Returns and Refunds Overview Print-on-Demand items are custom-made and, therefore, non-refundable. Exceptions are made only for damaged items, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the damaged item. Damaged Items In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, the Store will gladly assist with a return. Customers must notify the Store within 14 days of receiving the damaged item. To initiate the return process, please send clear pictures of the damaged item to arineeart@gmail.com. Return Process for Damaged Items Upon receipt of the pictures, the Store will assess the damage and provide instructions on how to proceed. If the damage is verified, the Store will arrange for a return or replacement, as deemed appropriate. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Store recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Refund or Replacement If a refund is approved for a damaged item, the Store will process the refund using the original payment method. In the case of a replacement, the Store will promptly send a new item. Exceptions Print-on-Demand items are the only exception to our standard return policy. All other non-customized items are subject to the standard 14-day return window.
